Indications:
Flagyl, containing the active ingredient Metronidazole, is an effective treatment for Canker (Trichomoniasis) in pigeons. It

• Crop Canker

• Cyst Canker

If left untreated, Canker can severely impact a pigeon's health, leading to:

Mechanism of Action:
Metronidazole works by disrupting the DNA of Trichomonas gallinae, the parasite responsible for Canker. This prevents the parasite from reproducing, effectively clearing the infection.
